Village Life

Recently some of the ladies and gentleman living at Stocks Hall’s Mawdesley Care Home took a stroll, accompanied by Care Staff, into the local village to enjoy some fresh air and light refreshments.

Dining at local eatery, ‘The Pantry’ in Mawdesley, the group sat together enjoying thirst-quenching hot and cold beverages served alongside a tub of traditional ice cream. 

Jordan McCullough, Activities Staff says “It’s important to Stocks Hall that people living at the Care Home feel part of the local village life here in Mawdesley.  Mawdesley is a beautiful picturesque village and it is wonderful to take the opportunity to enjoy village life, watch the day go by and relax together.”
