Phase Two – Luxury Development News at Stocks Hall Mawdesley
As promised here is the next instalment of photos regarding Phase Two of the rural build at Stocks Hall Independent Living.
An exciting new Leisure Suite will adjoin the existing 42 roomed Luxury Residential & Nursing Care Home with Independent Living Apartments set in the in the idyllic village location of Mawdesley.
Phase Two incorporates a swimming pool, spa, steam room, sauna room, gymnasium with multi use studio, plus an exterior hot tub and seating area. A licensed Café/Bistro, with an external terrace seating area, plus Health & Beauty Spa facilities with treatment rooms.
As you can see by the photos, the building is really coming along:
👉 The external masonry and architectural stone is 95% complete.
👉 The roof is complete and incorporates 720 individual solar tiles which enables approximately 36Kw of energy to be fed back into the building.
👉 All first fix mechanical and electrical works are underway.
👉 The swimming pool and steps are formed, rendered and tanked.
👉 The 5m x 5m spa pool is installed to 85% completion.
👉 Internal blockwork is 80% complete to form all internal rooms and leisure areas.
👉The interior design of all Spa Treatment areas, the Cafe Bar, Gym and Studio is now complete and in procurement.
👉 The design of the commercial kitchen and front of house bar area is complete and in procurement to provide a 40 cover Cafe / Bistro.
👉 All Gym equipment ordered to provide a fully equipped state of the art gym and studio facility. The studio will be equipped to run classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Spinning and Weight Training.
👉A 2 person Rhassoul room has been incorporated into the Spa Treatment facility to provide a self applied mud and steam experience.
To compliment the leisure facilities, there will be further 8 luxury appointed two-bedroomed apartments built, in addition to the 12 already on site, with a dedicated, secure access route for private occupancy.
The development is progressing well with completion and opening due in December 2019.
