Luxury Development News at Stocks Hall Mawdesley Living

North West care provider Stocks Hall Nursing & Care Group have begun Phase Two of the rural build at Stocks Hall Mawdesley Living.

Following the completion of Phase One works, an exciting new Leisure Suite will adjoin the existing 42 roomed Luxury Residential & Nursing Care Home with Independent Living Apartments set in the in the idyllic village location of Mawdesley.

As well as the extensive facilities, Phase Two will incorporate a swimming pool, vitality spa, steam room, sauna room, gymnasium, plus an exterior hot tub with seating area. A Café/Bistro, with an external terrace seating area, plus Health & Beauty Spa facilities with treatment rooms.

To compliment the leisure facilities, there will be further eight luxury appointed Apartments built, in addition to the 12 already on site, with a dedicated, secure access route for private occupancy.

Completion is scheduled for Christmas 2019.
