Christmas shopping starts early for Mawdesley Ladies

Some of the ladies living at Stocks Hall Mawdesley Home were keen to make a start on their Christmas shopping recently.  An impromptu trip at the weekend to Botany Bay’s fabulous Christmas Department delighted the small group.

Carers Lynn and Elaine were on hand to carry the shopping bags, while June, Elsie, Norma and Marion browsed the colourful displays.

Care Supervisor Paul Reyers says “All the ladies really enjoyed their visit to Botany Bay, which included a very welcome pot of tea and large slice of cake. They are already planning their next shopping trip.”
