Adrian’s Memory Lives On

A large group of Stocks Hall staff, plus some of Adrian’s family members and grandchildren, completed a sponsored walk along the Lancashire Canal, commemorating Adrian’s death in September 2016 following a tragic accident.

The sponsorship money raised, added to by donations received too, is to be split between three of Adrian’s favourite charities; The British Heart Foundation, The Alzheimer’s Society and The Brain Tumour Charity.

Stocks Hall Care Home’s development, reputation and expansion owe so much to Adrian’s sheer drive and hard work, creative building skills, complex solution fixing and vision for the company, to whom he gave himself completely. Adrian was a generous, skilled, humorous, life loving man and everyone who met him and spent time in his company has their own special memory and story to tell of this great guy.

Julie Gaskell, Manager of Stocks Hall’s St Helens Home, said “the staff of the Stocks Hall Group enjoyed walking together and raising money for these charities. We are pleased to give back, in some small way, a portion of what Adrian gave to us. Adrian was a very special man – he is sadly missed”

Should anyone still wish to make a donation in memory of Adrian, then this can be done either direct to the Stocks Hall Head Office or at any one of our other Home locations (full contact details for all on this website).
