    We currently have a vacancy within our Nelson Nursing Home, for a Deputy Manager who shares our commitment to provide excellent personal and social care. We need someone who will lead a dedicated team working with adults who have a physical disability or a dementia.

    Senior Carer – Coppice Unit (YPD)

    We currently have a vacancy for a SENIOR CARER in the Coppice Unit of our newly opened Mawdesley Residential Care & Nursing Home.

    We are looking for someone who will lead a dedicated team, working with the vulnerable adults who live with us.

    The position covers days & nights, working 36-48 hourse per week, alongside our Care Assistants and Nursing Teams.

    If you;

    • Posess and NVQ3 in Health &Social Care,
    • Can motivate and lead staff effectively,
    • Have a compassionate and caring nature,
    • Posess a qualification to administer medication (further training can be provided),
    • Have the flexibility to meet the wide range of individual needs of the oeople living with us, and
    • Are reliable, trustworthy, sociable and have a good sense of humour;

    Minibus Driver Required

    We require an outgoing, cheerful & competent person aged 25+ with a full clean Driving Licence (D1 classification vital) to drive our 8-seater minibus, based at our Residential Care Home and Independent Living Apartments in Mawdesley, Lancashire, aiding the transport of people who live with us, as well as staff, during trips, outings & excursions.

    Working 40 hours per week, the ideal candidate will be open to the possibility of also assisting if evenings and/or weekends are ever required.

    Flexibility and an enthusiasm to participate are essential, as well as a good sense of humour!

    Induction & additional training will be provided.

    Enhanced DBS are required for all staff.

    Domestic Assistant

    We are looking for an experienced DOMESTIC ASSISTANT to join our Housekeeping Team and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained within our exciting, brand new purpose-built facility in Mawdesley near Ormskirk.

    Working 40 hours per week on a shared rota, we offer excellent additional training and competitive rates of pay.

    Nurses

    We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate RGN’s or RLDN to join the team at our new Mawdesley Care Home.

    The role will include, helping to care for the elderly and frail clients, aspects of complex care, reablement and respite care.

    You will be required to have a commitment to person centred are and dementia care experience to promote quality of life combined with expert nursing – a challenging but extremely rewarding job.
